What do we require?
* Experience in creating and managing content on TikTok and/or Instagram
* Ability to create aesthetic and visually appealing videos
* Knowledge of current trends and algorithms on TikTok
* Excellent communication skills and written expression in English
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
What would be perfect to be skilled in?
* Experience in digital marketing and social media management
* Knowledge of graphic and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
* Previous experience working in the cultural or artistic field
* Creativity and innovative thinking
What would you be responsible for?
* Planning and creating content for TikTok to promote the festival
* Monitoring post performance and analyzing data to optimize content
* Collaborating with photographers, artists, and other team members to create unique and personalised content
* Ensuring all content aligns with the overall vision and style of the festival
